Learn to use watercolor and meditation techniques at the same time. Introduction to image-making as a tool for accessing deeper levels of being. Develop intuition while learning Georgia Carbone’s “Triangle of Triangles” artful meditation, recently featured in All Good Things magazine! Create a grounding and focusing artwork infused with your deepest intentions, and take home the tools to start a mindful art practice of your own!

“The approach to art-making that I teach has its roots in ancient Indian art, specifically the art practices that come from the yoga tradition.”

Georgia has been a practicing artist for over 20 years and the focus of her work is spiritual and meditative artwork. The art meditation she will be teaching is a tool for relieving anxiety and manifesting intentions. This is her own method that she has developed over the last 12 years of working with this approach.

If you enjoy creating mandala art then this is a wonderful class for you because Georgia’s approach is similar to this form.
