Kick Start your Art in Vibrant Color | All Day Workshop | Saturday May 13th, 2023 | 10:00am-4:00pm | $70 + tax | (one hour break included from 12:30pm-1:30pm)

Launch your summer with this color burst class!

Students take in nature’s wonders and learn how to paint veins on a leaf, a spider web, and a spring flower using Color Burst, watercolors and gouache.

Level: All Levels

Schedule: 10:00am-12:30pm instructors guidance, 12:30pm-1:30pm lunch, 1:30pm-3:30pm happy painting, 3:30pm share, cleanup, write evaluations

Materials to bring:

• Fineline Masking Fluid Pen – Fine Tip Masking Fluid with masking fluid
• White watercolor paper, cold press 140 or 300 lb taped to a hard surface. Any size. You can use a watercolor block in lieu of taping the paper to a surface.
• 2B Pencil
• Thin line black waterproof Sharpie
• Gum Eraser
• 4 Round Brushes, small to large: 1 or 2, 4 or 6, 8 or 10, and a 16
• 1 tube White Designer Gouache (water-based gouache)
• A ruler 
• Paper towels

Sennelier Professional Watercolors and others will be provided by the instructors for use during the workshop. 

If you have your own materials substitutions are welcome. Be aware that the supplies listed above are strongly recommended by Instructors in order to be successful in this all day workshop.
