Journal to Art | One Day 4-Hour Workshop | Saturday March 23rd, 2024 | 12:00pm-4:00pm | $80 + tax | 

Take your adventures, travels, stories, and sight-seeing to the next level.

Learn how to use mixed media (like pencil, ink, and watercolors), memorabilia, stickers, tickets, receipts, flyers and photos to make a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

Level: All Levels

Materials to bring:

• A Pencil (bring whatever hardness you like to use when pre-sketching on watercolor paper) 
• Scissors
• Two-sided Tape or Glue (any craft glue: does not need to be archival unless you want it to be)
• 1 Fine Point Permanent Sharpie
• Eraser (your preference re: type. – Stephanie uses a Gum eraser)
• 2 Flat and 2 Round Watercolor brushes, 1 small and 1 medium of each. Example: Flat size 2 & 6 and round size 1 & 6 or 2 & 8 (Just bring what you have and/or feel comfortable using.)
• 1 small tube of White Gouache
• Spray Bottle for Water
• Paper Towels
• Optional: Something for a Palette. We’ll bring paper plates, but feel free to bring your own palette, plate or butcher tray.

Professional-grade Watercolors by Sennelier will be provided for in-class use.

The following items will be provided by the instructor for in-class use:

• Watercolor Paper
• You’ll receive a small palette of watercolors you can keep!
• White masking tape
• Paper plates (for palettes)
